Pilates Private Reformer Sessions

Personalized individual program development on both mat and Pilates equipment. This is the most effective way to focus on your individual needs, injuries and chronic concerns. Sessions are 55 minutes.

 

Semi-Private Reformer Session

Workout with a friend! We will customize a 55 minute pilates workout for two.

 

Springboard

Add the Pilates Spring System to your workout to gain increased strength and flexibility while focusing on the core. Springboard mixed levels class will include beginner and intermediate level students.

 

Pilates Reformer and Tower

Combine the reformer with the tower for a total pilates workout. This class will include mat and reformer exercises. Must have competed 4-5 private lessons before enrolling in this class. Space is limited. Counts as 2 group class sessions.

 

Bone and joint camp

This boot camp has been developed using recent research on exercises for back and neck pain, spinal stabilization, and safe group exercise protocols.

 

Barre

This 60 minute class is set to upbeat music to keep you energized and motivated. The Barre class begins with a warm-up series followed by Barre work, and upper body toning exercises using 2-3 lb. balls. The class also includes a energized Pilates mat series, cool down, and stretching. No dance experience is required, certified Barre Instructors have worked hard to be able to bring modifications for all levels. 

 

BARRE BASICS

Learn how to do all the Basic Barre fitness moves. Concentrating on proper form and posture. Geared towards clients who are beginning Barre work.

 

CARDIO BARRE

 a Fusion of Cardio, Weights and intermediate Barre exercises. This is a kick your butt into shape class.

 

Pilates Mat with props

when you add weights, bands, magic circles, bolsters and energy to the pilates mat class, it will take your workout to a higher level. This mixed level class is for beginners and intermediates.

Power Circuit

A 45 minute workout including pilates mat, pilates arc barrel, and pilates chair. You will experience pilates at all levels during this workout.
